2) There are 45,000 more registered Republican voters in that district than Democrat voters.
3) This is the first time a Democrat has won that district since 1871.

Neither should the Fed have any say on interest rates, interest rates should be a direct reflection on each banks savings and deposits. There should be no Fed, no discount window, no FOMC. The free market is the only honest way to set interest rates. How can the Fed have rates at .5% when we as a nation have had a neg savings rate for the last decade. The Fed creates the business cycle. Ever heard of the Depression of 21. Look it up kid and do your homework, I've been doing mine for 25 years.
