bad comparison, and a very long windows 7 boot, it shouldnt be like that. anyways you shouldnt do comparison of osx and w7 on a mac in the first place, you're making w7 look bad by running it on a hardware designed for mac, try running osx on hardware designed for PC, oh I forgot, you cant.
This was with the retail version Windows 7 home premium, To be hones its seemed to run rather sluggish and there was an issue with the sound where the optical light would come on from the audio in port and the speaker had after a few mins would go very low distorted. these all seem to be driver issues. It was still usable but just didn't feel as snappy as if should.

Is this the the retail version of Windows 7?
Because i have the same things (MacB. Pro 13" and Win7 Home Premium). Are the Drivers working on Windows 7? (especially the sound drivers)
