Gosh seriously can you guys have one show without the use of synthesizers. Sucks how the judges would let you guys use that during competition, it just ruins it. Don’t get me wrong Etiwanda is a great band I just think your director likes to cheat or just doesn’t have any balls and maybe he thinks that he might just fool the crowd in thinking that you guys actually have a great brass section.

@reech007 Sorry to offend you? But you're quite mistaken. We didn't use the synthesizer to make our brass section sound "great". It was used to give it more color an depth. I was in the brass section and we weren't trying to sound like a drum corp or anything. This is all about making music and balancing within everyone in the band. You have it twisted cause other band programs use computerized voices, synthesizers, etc way to much.

That is probaly one of the best shows I've ever seen. I go to mission hills too. With our new band director though I think things might change for us.
