For the person who wondered what the name of the song was, it's Ningenttiina. I listened to this song for years as the ending credits of Manga Nippon Mukashi Banashi. The tiny bit of animation at the beginning of this clip is from that show and the guys are imitating the movements of the characters that were in the ending credits.
