No problem at all. I often leave a comment like that on videos that seem be able to play in higher quality. I do it for the reason of letting others know they could do it with the particular video, whether they know about the whole &fmt=18 thing or not.

I think there is a noticeable improvement in the audio and picture quality when you add &fmt=18 to the end of the URL. Thank you for sharing!
