  • in goshinkwai all the videos I see there are a lot of wasted motions and to much hesitation at points. If someone took the time to revamp this system and eliminate the unnecessary extras and pare it down to the usable techniques without the wasted time and energy then it might be feasable

  • Fantastic Alun & the rest of TBD!

  • Tried lots of different arts and boxing, but this one looks effective and applyable in a street situation should i need it. Hope that a club comes to a town near me soon. South Wales is a bit too far to travel for me =).

  • GREAT WORK ALUN!! Always great to see TBD get the recognition and coverage they deserve. 5 STARS!!

  • I've bought the DVD. Its awsome. Period!

  • I love your approach, reality based training from multiple styles is the only way to go for self defense. This is what I teach as well.

    Well done....Limeys!

  • @DarkMagician70 They're welsh I believe not English.

  • Anybody interested in training, we have clubs in Risca, Cwmbran and Ebbw Vale, come along and give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

  • Very Well done! but I wish the British TV would stop looking at us Marital Artists as if we were mindless as the people we are defending against (just the looks and comments by the reporter at the end!) they are afraid of us more than the bad guys I think, they are to afraid to join a club most of them!

  • good on ya, it will be nice to see everybody taking this on, then we can have better choreographed street fights, unlike the bundling we get outside of pubs now!

  • Great work guys :)

We have a very simular approach to self defence training, straight in their with eye shots and hot control. I like the angles you guys use to, easiest escape roots and practical positions to go to. Very similar! Keep up the good work :) Great to see guys like you who keep it real are gettign the exposure you deserve!

  • Great to see the Art getting TV coverage, brilliant presentation Al. Exellent clip.

  • Awesome! It's always good to see those who work hard getting on the news for some exposure. Fantastic!
