why does the apk apps install on phone and not sd card? do I have to install on phone from sd everytime I want to play something to save space on my phone or is there another way? plz help
Ok, I followed until the control panel part, but then I didn't know what to do...I copypasted the file location right after c:\users\'username'>
and then do I have to press space and then type install 'appname'.apk? (Mine is called Ringdroid-2.2.apk) I did and I got that not recognized blablabla batch file text..
@DelphicOrderReturns Yes sir, completed just like the steps mentioned above. However if I have to add something, you have to execute the command line in your android folder instead of just anywhere in cmd.
It took me a minute or two figuring that one out since it was not mentioned in the tutorial. Hope this information helps if you are running into the same issue as me.
If you have spaces in the path OR in the filename you are trying to install you will get "bla-bla s not a recognized as a internal or external command, operable program or batch file ".

Ok i get it until opening the cmd prompt. I copied the location of the application that i wanted to install, i pasted it and then hited ENTER. But then that thing told me that 'C:\Documents' is not a recognized as a internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
thx bro this helped a lot i heard this before but i had'nt had an idea how to do it so thank you very much :)

Remove any spaces and you should be fine.
Thanks for the tutorial!

@aenache36 Thanks for that. Yes FULLEXFUL, MOST paths default with a space or two when you download the apk. I would bet that's the problem too
