  • Oh how I love braids and this style but I just do not have the patience to put them in and take them out girl! I be cursing myself when I only got about 20 braids in my head. I want this though although I know me and mirco braid removal is pure H. E. Double hockey stick unfortunately!

  • Wow they are beautiful! Love it gotta try it

  • beautiful! i have watched this video quite a few times. I just braided my hair (not that small though, not ready for that lol) and i was wondering how do you keep your hair and scalp conditioned while you have the braids in and whether or not u wear the wash and go braid style in the winter. post sum new vids too plz!!

  • i would have to pay someone to take them out... but overall its really cute

  • I went thru the list but i can't find part I when u actually started braiding and any of ur tips for parting, product use, and/or techniques...Is part one still on YT? If so whats the exact title. Maybe im missing it. Thanks so much :)

  • Bless your patience. I just might consider chopping my hair off to get them out! lol

  • @richeau same here. I am more of a mini two strain twist person.

  • U go girl! I use to braid my own hair with weave, but I am natural now. I haven't braided my hair since I had surgery on my wrist. I want to braid my hair again, but kind of scared that my wrist won't hold up like it use to. Very pretty braids, love the curl on the end. I need to hurry up and figure out a hair style.

  • I really like these braids on natural hair!! I definitely will try it very soon!! Thanks soo much for sharing. You did a really great job!

  • really cute ! this is the type of hair style that you leave in for a couple months and then have all your girlfriends come over and help take out !!

  • @karmbaby ...lolol that's true!!!!!

  • ...Oh man..my hair is really thick ...this style would take me over 8 hours to do myself....

    I don't know..maybe Im just a slow twister

  • Ur hair looks so beautiful! But one question: Won't it be very difficult and time consuming to take your braids out?

  • I absolutely love your braids. You inspired me to do them in my hair, which is much shorter. It took me about 2 days my first time and they were much bigger. How do you get your braids to last so long? Mine were a frizzy mess and I had to take them down by week 3.

  • Beautiful!!!!!!!! i love it, mine didnt come out as nice.

  • I may do this again this winter...if I can block out the memory of take-down hell! lol

  • @QueenSemiramis omg... thats the only thing stopping me x) lol

  • @QueenSemiramis lol@takedown hell...i hear that girl!

  • i like how you did that,your nice !!!

  • how long did it take u to braid ur hair like that

  • how long did it take you to braid that.6-8 hours? 1 day?

  • Girl I am tired just looking at you do that. You are talented. This styling is for you young folks. I would have to let someone do mine LOL. I don't mind doing that to someone else's head but not mine.

  • i love ur hair u did a good job!!! :)

  • nice....

  • Do you ever get single strand knots at your ends?

  • OMG Your hair is so cute! I am going natural, Im going to try that style!

  • goin natural ; i think this will be my first style after my hair gets longer :) thankss!!

  • I do my hair like this i love it but it does not stay long it get frizzy fast but i get compliments all the time i cant wait until my hair gets that long

  • Hey!! I love it!! It looks amazing!!

When you leave it in for two months, do you still moisturize it?? I am thinking of trying this!! You've inspired me!! :)

  • hey i love the video i have been natural for it will be 2 years this sept i have been looking for styles for my hair

  • Can you braid my hair please lol

Just Amazing how patient and the skill involved.

    :D

  • How do you take these down? I've had to use toothpicks! lol

  • my mini braids never come out pretty like that. :(

  • PLEASE DO ANOTHER BRAIDS VIDEO I LUV YOURS!

  • i know that takes a long time to take it out... PRETTYDIMPLES01 takes hers out with conditioner and water and then brushes it out with a denman (pattle) brush.. just letting u know

  • this is so cute!!!!!!

  • were did you download the song (the link)

  • gr8 job!

  • I love this and I am also wearing my box braids because I watched your video

  • Love it!

  • I'm going to sit and do this..I want this as a protective style as far as the summertime

  • Lol..You have a lot of patience. I love it. It looks really good

  • love your hair...

  • how long did it take you to do your whole heaf

  • how long do you keep these in?

  • your hair looks great! I wish I had the time and patience to do my hair like yours.

  • Your hair is beautiful!! How long did it take?

  • How do you know the braids? I have naturally curly hair and I think the braids would come undone.

  • Would this style look okay on someone with shorter hair???

  • Do you recommend blow drying your hair first?

  • Hey, does this work with any natural hair length? My back is longer than my top so I was curious

  • Beautimus! Great job girl!

  • nice, but how do you take down with them being so small

  • lovely

  • this is cute =D

  • My hair loves this style even tho it takes days! No kidding! The take down funny enough was like 2 hrs total with wet fingers. No dry hair removal. Starting at ends of hair and not root! I had half inch growth so I am washing with Giovanni Smooth as Silk Shampoo and Conditioner, then braiding with African Shea butter, then maintain style with Kinky Curly Curling Custard @ Whole Foods, then apply coconut oil for sealant. Co wash with Suave coconut on Fridays and enjoy! Lots of compliments on hair

  • Thank you

  • Thanks so much. You really enlighten me with the natural braids for my daughter when I take her extensions out.

  • OMG THiS iS SOOO CUTE THAT MUSTA TOOK ALOT OF TiME AND i LiKE HOW THEYARE FLAT DOWN WiTH TiNY CURLS

  • shes natural, natural hair when its mosterized and the curl pattern is not distupted

  • whoah those are some very fine braids, how r u gona remove them without bursting ur hair

  • Veeeeeeeery cute! How was the take-down? That's what scares me about these. I would LOVE to do my hair like this, but the thought of taking them out is just too much for me to imagine LOL

  • I really like the way it came out, curly at the ends. what do you put on it to keep it from getting dry. My daughter has sandy brown hair, very thin and dry. i would love to do her hair like that. Do you add grease or gel? Why do you shampoo your hair after braiding it.

  • She moisturizes daily to keep them from getting dry. She co-washes after braiding to get the ends curly.

  • Oh girl these are small you have A LOT of patience, they are really cute though.

  • I would do that, but it would take too much time to put in and take out

  • i simply love this style and video. although it may take me a week to do it but im willing to try it. thanks for posting it:)

  • Your hair texture is beautiful!

  • Beeeautiful!!!! The braids are simply gorgeous.

  • I wish I could braid. I love your hair!

  • I love your braids! You do a wonderful job. What is an easy way to take them down?

  • That it is AWESOME.

  • beautiful :)

  • Happy New Year! I braided my hair last night and wanted to show you the video. BTW- Your twists are sooo pretty!!!

  • i have a question for you . my hair is natural. if i wanted to do a mohawk with the whole crazy braid thing how would i , or what would i use to make my hair curly without adding the whole weave thing to my style. the small curls you know?

  • I like it a lot! How long do you usually keep this hair style in?

  • Those braids look great...I see why people are raving about it!

  • Love it! Your videos are very informative. Keep them coming. Blessings to you. :-)

  • Very Pretty! I cant imagine taking all those out though. Thats the only reason im afraid to do mine small. Maybe one day i'll get up the nerve. Thanks for sharing. God bless.

  • how did you unbraid this and what technique did u use to not lose alot of hair thanks girl

  • This style is TOO CUTE!! But how in the WORLD do u take them out!! I've had micros with weave before but I would chop them and attack them with a rat tail comb lol...do you have a method for taking them down or just do the work?

  • This style is so cute :-)

  • Too cute.

  • Wow! This is so pretty... <3

  • Girl, I loved this style! I did it with two strand twists- just made it smaller than usual. It was so pretty. People were asking me if it was kinky twists- I'm like yeah, without the weave!

  • @21dominoeffect when you took the bottom a loose how did u keep the rest of the twist together

  • I have very kinky hair so when I twist, it stays put. When I take it a loose, and I guess I refer to this as the take down, I usually wear it in a twist out for about 2 days. On dry hair the twist out does not last as long as it would with wet hair. I hope this answered your question.

  • This style is so cute for little kids. I did this style before on my niece and little cousin hair. I braided it half way because I wanted their hair more culry. people loved their hair

  • I'm going to grow my hair out natural like that

  • your brave I would have been scared knowing that I'd have to take them out. Hope you had help. Beatiful hair... beatiful braids too!

  • How do you unbraid them i wanna try this next. what comb and how do you go about unbraidng it w/out all hair falling out

  • this is a real cute style i did mi lil sisters hair this way b4

  • Love this.

I personally do not have the patience to sit down to do my own hair this way, so for that I commend you, to do it all yourself is amazing to me.

  • beautiful. How did you curl your ends?

  • Have you ever braided your hair like this wet and if so, was their a difference in how they turned out? Love your braids :)

  • is it easy to take out? they dont like dred up or nothin?

  • beautifull lady with beautiful hair!

  • Yes the hair was blow dried a couple days prior to me braiding it

  • Beautiful! How did you get the ends to curl?

  • When you have natural hair your hair will usually curl like hers in the video. She wet them to get it to curl up like that. Amazing isn't it!

  • OMG!!! I will be trying this soon....Beautiful

  • how do i get the ends to curl like that?

  • @Madameo8 I just wet my hair and it curls up..

  • Thanks! I think I will try this sometime soon.

  • @KinkyKurlyQueen how do i take them out? how long do you keep them like this?

do you get breakage after taking them out?

  • Wonderful! You have so much patience! Great job!

  • wow!! that turned out so cute, Now how long will it take you to take them down?

  • o wow!!cau cum do my hair?lol how do u do it?i luv ur hair but i can neva get mine 2 curl up like dat!!

  • nice! a must try!

  • Love the braids very pretty

  • Simply GORGEOUS!!! Great job, hun. I will give this a try after I get a bit more length, lol.

  • very gorgeous! I love natural hair, because it curls up on its own. I wouldn't have thought to do this before locing my hair, but it's good to know that post cutting my locs out (some years from now), this is an option.

  • Very cute. Luv the kurly ends.

  • love this song and the hair.....

  • Hair is So Fly...

  • Is it hard and time consuming to take these braids down. If so what is your technique for taking them a loose? Do You use a comb or some sort of conditioner to loosen them?

  • ITS SO PRETTI

  • B-E-A-Utiful thats very pretty cant wait to show off my hang time

  • how do you get your ends to curl up like that?.......Answer please your hair is beautiful!!!!

  • I think in another video she said she uses IC Fanacia (sp?) styling gel and smooths it on..

  • Thank you sis!!!

  • When you have natural hair the ends normally curl up on their own, especially when you wet your natural hair. I am speaking from my own personal hair but my hair curls up like hers does. Also, you can take each braid put moisturizer on and twirl the hair around your fingers! Take care!

  • i have braided my hair like that in the past...it doesnt take that long when you are just focused on doin it lol

  • Did ur ends get damaged since they r exposed? And did the braids get knotted after trying to take the braid out?

  • nope my hair was fine

  • WOW i'm waiting on my hair to be 8 inches before I braid my natural hair. I'm m at 5 1/2 inches right now.. Beautiful hair

  • i just have to tell you that I think your hair is beautiful! Nice video!

  • i want to try this badly...but im not a good start braider. the roots are always loose. can you make a video showing how you START your braids and how you part them.i love how your hair sits

  • do u use a certain technic to take them out?

  • oh i just realized she is not using weave..

  • This video is great!! I think I am going to try it when I have some time. Do you come with the video? ;-) Wow, what a beautiful job!!! Keep the videos coming, I am learning so much from you and the others out here on youtube... Thanks!!

  • wow !! girl this is awesome

  • Takes a while, but the ending results are always beautiful. Nice braids! I need to get started before fall semester, lol

  • i def feel you on that one! this will last me through the hot months during fall semester and keep it protected til winter! have you tried these at all?

  • Not that small. I have my hair in medium braids right now...I really want to do them this small for school
