Wolfwood is the second biggest bad ass in all of anime, and his final episode is one of the most powerful episodes ever. He gives us Christians a really good name, and I for one am proud to be affiliated with him.

@samuraiofsamuraiedo He wasn't written out of the show at all. His death was one of the crowning moments of the series.  His final monologue, where he contemplates his life of violence and wonders whether he could have lived as Vash had, is the culmination of his moral development through the series. That he had to die to come to this realization is what makes this scene so powerful and tragic.

I understand that to a certain extent. I mean, in some ways it's like when Domon Kasshu realized his destiny when he was more or less forced to kill Kyoji, Schwartz (a.k.a. Kyoji's androidic clone) and his master all in the same day within minutes to bring the threat of the Dark/Devil Gundam to an end.

I just feel that that part of the series could have been just as powerful without his death.

Then again, I could just be annoyed since he's my absolute favorite character.

Fantastic video. It really fitts with Wolfwood and I can't get the song out of my head (Which is a good thing). I love the anime, and the manga is even better. It would be awesome if they made a second anime, more true to the manga, like the Hellsing ovas. I would love to see the Wolfwood/Livio/Razlo and Vash/Legato fights animated.:D
