well, i like german team too. i´m a football lover and i´ve seen many finals in the past but; when me4maoasada said germany has the best players and the best team in the world i wonder if he is talking about "curling" and not football. nowadays, there´s 4 or 5 better teams than germany: brazil, argentina, england, spain and maybe netherland... good players in germany?: ballack, swenstaiger, lahm, klose and podolski (polish btw) but not enough to consider it the best team in the world.
But I do not understand that you do not see Germany as one of the world's best team.England do not qualify for Euro 2008, argentina lost the match against Germany in World Cup 2006, Brazil went out in the quarter against France in World Cup 2006 Germany went out in the semis. Holland was not the final of Euro 2008 as Germany did. Spain won em and have a good team but they won the finals by only 1-0.
They have Mario Gomes, Marcell Jansen, Thorsten Frings, Christoph Metzelder ...
