But when it comes to Africa, they don't focus on the negative of other places nearly as much as they do in Africa, not even close. Nobody knows anything positive about Africa but the Safari & pretty animals. Most Africans haven't even seen any of these animals.

But you have to know where to go to see this Africa. Just like if you were visiting any other country—like China, if you only knew places like SiChuan, Guangxi, Yunnan, & all the other poverty stricken places, you'd never know that it also has big cities like Shangahai & Hong Kong.

Likewise, If you know where the beautiful aspects of Africa are, but only the negative stuff from media, you won't know where to go to see the positive stuff.

You DO find that the western world gives some coverage about negative things going on in their countries—but it is very LITTLE in ratio to the DEGREE of negative things, & mainly the western & eastern world is marketed more positively then negative. And being that my whole family is from Africa—I have NEVER lived in the images portrayed by western media. I'VE ONLY KNOWN THIS SIDE.
