I like Spider-Man 2 better because you upgrade spider-man's abilities and his costume resembles that of the comic after he joined with the fantastic four and has the web wings as I called them under his arms.

at the scene around 05:30 I was totally freaking out cause you were able to walk around kinda freely. When years later Spider-Man 2 came out, I couldn't fucking believe what I saw in the trailer. Free roam as spidey in the whole city? that sounded so fucking impossible to me. Now, I've reached the point were I'm actually glad about having some NOT free roam Spider-Man games like Shattered Dimensions.
