Lee is saying that is you can't afford to pay the priest who drove out the ghosts who had been "posessing" your house, the excorcism would be nul and void and the ghosts would return and "re-posess" your house.

@Virini Haha, well the great thing about pun jokes is that they can be reused quite easily, I'm not saying that Lee made that sort of joke before but it is a possibility. I remember Lee making a pun joke on The Unbelievable Truth and doing the same pun in this show, however because the build up was different so he said it in a slightly different context.
