  • I just wanted to thank you for sharing this video.......I've just been crying all the way through as I'm 26 weeks tomorrow with my first baby and I was so happy to read your baby girl is now doing so well and will be 3 years old soon! I hope you and your family are all well, Lots of love from England, UK xxx

  • Wonderful video! I too am the father of a preemie born @26 wks. She remained in the NICU for 3 months while her mommy and I lived at the ronald mcdonald house nearby because she was transferred to another hospital. She will be 5 on Nov. 10th and is doing great. She suffers from mild cerebral palsy as a result, but is coming along well. You can check out her trying out her gait trainer for the first time, its a device used to help her learn to walk. Just search "Halyn's gait trainer" . Thanks!

  • I just have to say... thanks for sharing the miracle of GOD!... I am pregnant and actually 26 weeks so I just started to cry because Is a miracle!

Amazing! NO signs of her prematurity and tragic birth, except for some minor scarring on both feet where the I.V.'s had to be inserted again and again... miraculous!!!!!!! Amen! • @Eli12332145 Thank you! I can't tell you what falling asleep at night is like when your infant is in the hospital, fighting for its life. You feel like an aweful parent that you cant be there every second. Thank you for your kind words.

  • @aubreighsmommy I wanted to tell you how much I admire you and what you went through and you didn't give up. 20 years ago I went into labor and hemmoraghe at 22 weeks. Had driven my self to the DR. and the bleeding became way to serious my dr. looked at the baby and what was going on and I was dialted 5, he grabbed the phone and called for a ambulance,I was taken to a level four hosp. I had three cerclages put it, was there 10 weeks, he was so tiny. at 8 weeks early he survived.he's 20 7'2".

  • my son was just born on jan 27th at 26 weeks 3 days because i had preeclampsia and placenta abruptia. he is fighting for his life because he had bilateral grade 4 bleeding in the brain. but miracles happen and we are holding tight to our faith

  • GOD is GOOD!!

  • Please LORD be with my cousin Katie and her soon to be little baby girl. They need your strength. Asking for a tiny miracle.

  • Did you have eclampsia? My baby girl was 5 weeks early, and had to stay in the NICU for a week. I know it wasn't as long as your Kendyl stayed, but it seemed like forever. I too had to have a c-section due to being so sick. I had eclampsia, and I guess my body wasnt doing so well. Infact I still have problems because of it. I'm so happy to see your LO made it through. Absolutely amazing. Shes so beautiful too. Due to my experience, I start med school this summer so I can be a NICU nurse one day.

  • Please pay for our little niece who is in the NICU weighing 900kilos born yesterday..hope she can make it thru

  • @sreemoad Sorry to hear of your nieces early arrival! I hope she is doing o.k.!

  • @sreemoad 900kilos?

  • your little girl is a true miracle my little girl was 3 months early she was 28 weeks and weighed 2 lb 15 oz and was 15 inches long now she is 7 months old and is very health

  • @mrbigred18 Glad to hear your baby is healthy!!! Our babies are true miracles!!!

  • I came across your video because it was related to my own. My baby girl was also born at 26 weeks and weighed 1lb 9 oz 13 inches long. She just came home on 9/5/09. These babies are amazing. Just had to comment how beautiful your miracle is.

  • Thank you so much for your response. I am SO happy to hear your baby is HOME!! With faith in God and AMAZING Dr.'s, nurses and technology our babies survived! She's 7 months old now and 11 1/2 pounds and instead of calling her itty bitty or teeny wieny like I used to, she's now chunky monkey! Congrats on bringing baby home!

  • @jayda6609 I hope you guys are doing well! Thank you for your compliment!

  • hi,im 22 weeks pregnant with baby number two and was curious to see videos of babies born early.Your so amazingly brave and strong :) your baby is ADORABLE! bought a tear to my eye,

I think you and your family are amazing :D a true inspiration to all parents xx

  • Thank you so much for your kind words. I put Kendyl's video on here because when I knew they were going to take her soon by c-section, laying in the hospital on bedrest I turned to the internet searching for stories of hope. If one woman in my shoes came across our story and it actually gave them hope for their child, then I will be happy. There are so many sad stories out there, I love sharing my miracle! Thanks again and good luck with your baby!

  • im 26 weeks pregnant right now and if i ever got told i was to sick to carry my child full term would tear me apart. u r strong and brave. congrats on being able to take her home.

  • Thank you so much for your reply. I can tell you that I never thought that I could be so strong, but knew I had to be for my baby. If I didnt have hope for her, who would. In the moment I felt weak, but looking back I thank God for the strength that he gave me. Good luck with your baby and congrats!
