End of combat mission and start of innovation mission to sustain the peace. Solar technology would work well in Iraq's climate. Perhaps Iraq and Kuwait could work together to build a large solar field. Would this show the future generation a better way than war to resolve an energy issue?

I am no supporter of Obama, as he is doing tremendous harm to our country, albeit through good intentions, but I do agree it is time to bring our troops home. I am not sure it is even necessary to keep 50,000 troops deployed in Iraq, and yes we should get our contractors out of there, as well. American lives in Iraq are at severe risk, regardless whether civilian or military, and we have done what we can and it is time for Iraq to take care of itself - we've trained them enough.
