As a kid, I watched the magic school bus a lot. And every episode the teacher had on a different pair of earrings. It was done intentionally, even though she couldn't have that many earrings. Flight of the conchords, like the magic school bus, is set in a lot of the same scenes episode after episode, so its providing relief form things your tired of. I think its funny.

Not exactly getting your point. I love the show. My point earlier is that FOTC did an interview where they talked about not being able to afford a continuity speicalist for the earlier episodes.

Regardless, intentional or not, this is one of the best shows on TV.

As for Magic School Bus, I've never heard of it. Sounds like an acid trip.

Flight of the Conchords really is a band that sounds best when they play live and unplugged. Especially Jemaine tends to lose a lot of great stressings and formulations and (in this case) melodies in the studio versions. here I mostly miss the long stretched last sillables (like: "if that's what you're intooooo") Or in Carol Brown - for example - I miss the "shut up girlfriends of the past, shut up. shut up girlfriends of the past, shut up" part...
