Sorry, while I'll admit that sexual addiction, abusive pornography and infidelity are terrible things, religion is not the only way to get over these things. I've seen people fight depression and mental illness and never have I seen religion offer a real cure for them. Get help from a professional instead of using imaginary father figures that you can beg for forgiveness. It's a dangerous path for the mind to go on. Even God presents an abusive father image, you're supposed to love and fear him.
I suffered from sexual addiction for years. Sure, to those who don't go through it, it seems funny. But it's not funny when you lose your wife, the right to see your kids, your home, and are out on the streets. It's not funny when the self-hatred gets so bad, you attempt suicide multiple times. It's not funny when you shut yourself off from everyone you know, or hurt people you know by being inappropriate.
And yet... and yet God freed me from that Hell! God found a way to save me!

I read in my psychology book that of American men, 94% admit to masturbating, but that doesn't make it fulfilling or satisfying any sexual desire. Porn stars have the highest suicide rate, drug addiction rate and overdose rate. Please save a soul and your own soul by refusing to watch porn. I wish my dad never did.
Religion is the real evil! Porn has always been around and always will. I tired of do-gooders preaching their "message" They never offer a realistic alternative to watching porn, apart from "the bible says" WHAT bible? i guess our opinions differ slightly, but i see where you are coming from. the reason i made this video is because i know when i watch porn, the feeling of shame, guilt and the emptiness was unbearable. Masturbating to porn is the most secluded and lonely thing i have done my entire life. I see the alternative to porn is great sex between two committed people because where there is commitment there is trust, which would create the most fulfilling sex.
there are physiological reasons why so many people watch porn, because the brain actually becomes addicted to the hormones being released and that is why people always progress to more extreme sexual acts.
i also agree the religion is the real evil... always telling people that they should just do things for the sake of doing it.. or that i somehow could get God's approval. religion has never helped anybody without claiming recognition for itself, and i know i act this way at times but realize that people don't need me, my good deeds, but to know that they are loved, cared for, and understood.
