Oh man... I'm about to blow your mind. Rachel brice is part of a troupe named the indigo. Zoe Jakes and Mardi love are a part of that troupe. They bring out the playfullness in Rachel and together they are AMAZING! (and funny)

Zoe Jakes also dances with Beats Antique a band that is also amazing, that you will hear alot of dancers use. Check out my channel for some good Zoe/Beats footage I filmed this year. :)

It's about balance. you have to have "soft knees" which basically means they are slightly bent and you slowly bend them until you reach the floor. I can somewhat do it but i tend to slam down. It's the getting back up part that's really difficult. Belly dancing and yoga is what made her that skinny for her body type.
