The biting of the civilians reminds me a lot of the 'Drain' option. I really liked using arc restraint on the militia, since I only had to knock em down once and it didn't take a lot of time, plus my karma points soared. Then I got frustrated 'cause I died, so it was Execution, Execution, Execution for those militia :P

inFAMOUS without Karma?!?!?! O.O

If I be honest, I'm not really anticipating much from Festival of Blood, purely because what I liked most about inFAMOUS was the Karma, and how you get to choose how to be a hero or a villain. I'd have preferred this game if it was about Cole getting bitten by a vampire and having to try and decide if he's going to stick to his regular Conduit powers or "go to the dark side" and begin using his vampire powers, again having to decide what side he'll be on
