It's definitely not Ripgroove by Double 99. It's Freddy Cole's Sleigh Ride, however I think that this is a special remix specifically for this commercial.
I saw on another blog that the remix is called "Ripgroove" by Double 99, and that the part used in the commercial doesn't come in till about halfway through this song. Can't find it on iTunes though (naturally.)
