Here's the most important point: for me. You can't change what's going on around you without first changing what's going within you.

I think it is Earl Nightingale that said "Success is the progressive realization of worthwhile objective." We might rephrase that to say "Success is the progressive culmination of little changes inside that shop up on the outside."
