    Camera/prop - just a visual effect of the frame rate. You see it often on front videos from light aircraft.  Camera on wingtip is tiny DVR - MD80 type.

  • This machine is home made using a paramotor engine. Have a look for Flylight Doodlebug, that was commercially produced.
