@JerraMai And Cosmic Gate did not steal it, they had permission from Jurgen Vries to release it. They remixed this song a long time ago and had used it in some of their sets in past and it happened to become popular at ASOT 500 in Miami.

@kingtoadius i love all sorts of electronic music. Im used to CG producing trance/hard trance tracks. While the buildup i will admit is amazing, i feel its ruined by the drop into what i descirbe as minimal electro. I would love it if the buildup led into a continuation of the melody with bass as most trance tracks follow. Instead, we get some electro beat that seems kinda foreign to the track at that point. Dont get me wrong, i love electro/house etc, but theres a time and place for everything.

I really liked sign of the times from cosmic gate, hopefully they will expand on that sound. but the whole premise of their new album 'wake your mind' was to expand and cross into other genres. Damn not many progressive trance acts out today, aly and fila and alex morph still have thatsound

@kingtoadius And everyone has their own taste, and in no way would i criticize you for that. I too noticed CG has been transitioning into different genres, as many artists nowadays have been. I feel like an old man wanting them to stick to the orginal formula, but it just doesnt work like that. Music is always evolving, and its up to us to either adapt, or get left behind like men of the 60's only liking 60's vehicles (if you catch my drift).
