Hey Great Video, Just a FYI the Easytones are not design for running at all just walking. Reebok has recently come out with the RunTones. You can run and tone key leg muscles at the same time.
I just bought em today and the worker at the store told me it's only for walking or running. So u shouldn't do lunges and stuff. That's not what they are for.

I still really like them, they are more comfortable now too. Do they really help tone? That I don't know yet but I like them =)
