great back pack and very rugged using canvas, only thing that would drive me crazy is the buckles you use to fasten the side and main flap, why dont you use heavy duty military clips, it takes to long to undo and fasten the buckles and what happens if the leather straps tear or break or even rot over time ? great video tho, dan

Machine rivets on the sides and the backstraps have hand pounded rivets.
