try shooting a subject/human inside. but its too contrast imo.and that if theres a subject, it'll be all blackened out. its delicated i think...you suppose to key the sky and take their mattes..replaces it with dark skies texture..track a bit...parent to gradient and glows.
All I did was have the cameras white balance setting on indoor and I brang the exposure down but not as dark as I wanted it. Then in editing I just brang the brightness down.
Real nice! Best day for night footage I've seen on youtube yet. What editing software didja use?

Pretty damn good.

It would have been more effective if the original shots were included.

Nicely done! Try to film during a cloudy day next time, it kinda looked like very harsh moonlight, haha

Too blue. Needs to be desaturated.

woa that was really well achieved. the only shot that does look like day is the last one since the sky is too bright. Good stuff

How do you do that? I really need this for my next film!

easy, set your white balance on your camera to a bluey colour then bring the brightness down in editing.

That was tight. Did you make your own filter or do it in editing?

Well that looks great without anything because I thought maybe you just went over to the store and got some blue see through plastic and put it over.
but hey spending no money at all works also =D

You can do a similar effect by white balancing on a yellow card...sometimes that looks a little "too blue" though
