imo Crystal Abundance > Rainbow Dragon... also many builds can easily take Hamon> Rainbow Dragon (I ran Hamon of Striking Thunder for a while). In the side deck put a Guldfaxe of the Nordic Beasts (or two) it combos pretty well for you xyz's and its a Beast type for your Phantom Horn.
Otherwise I'd just agree with xXNever's comment. I ran an entirely different build and didn't use Summoner, but because Abundance can be a dead draw for Rainbow builds.. The Summoner could be a great card.
Consider summoner monk? helps get tengu and pegasus a bit faster, and since pegasus is any kind of summon its quite nice. since it helps get your other CB's faster for your rainbow. Can't really give much suggestions/tips since I run Ruins build =/
