Hi, I have a question. Every hour from 8am-10pm I do 40 alternating dumbell with 20 pounders. 20 pushups, and 20 situps. I started a month ago doing ten, then each week I added more. I do all of them effortlessly now, I don't take all whey protein but I eat 4-5 lbs chicken as a sub. I also fit in 2 hours of cardio daily. Only rest I take is sleep and time between hours. Is what iv been doing bad?
@Ampnasty529 I would say you're overtraining and possibly not getting the best gains you can get if you're trying to build mass. If you're trying to become shredded and build muscle endurance than what you're doing is fine.
Thanks for the vid. quick questions? can I do my cardio and lifting to gather in one session? I do cardio in the morning and lift in the evening now but it demands alot of time? if yes, should i do cardio first or lift first then cardio??
@pamir30 yes you can but do the following: weights first, some branched chain aminos after the weights in order to protect the muscle tissue (around 10 grams) and then the cardio.
