As a child I never got presents. We were poor and my parents didn't like me. lol. I figured out pretty quickly that Santa was fake. I'm bitter and all, but I have grown to like Christmas. I mostly like the music.

Christmas lost most of its shine for me around when I was 13; my parents divorced, and things weren't ever the same. I still enjoy using the day to buy gifts for those I care about because I do love buying people things. :) Hope your Christmas rocks!

I couldn't care less about Christmas, i see it as a time when the year is almost over and all of the shops are going to be packed b4 it happens and full of annoying Christmas tunes and lots of kids running around screaming and shouting demands at their parents. Plus I've never got the point of giving someone a present so they can give you one of equal or lesser value back.

Personally, I like giving and receiving gifts on any day. What I really mean is that I want people to give me a gift because they really want to...not because it happens to be a holiday and they feel like they have to.

Anyway, for a few years now...my family has been decorating the tree in unique ways. The coolest was when they made a Spiderman tree: decked out in red and blue. On the top was a huge Spiderman figurine with a star behind his head. Hahahaaa

If you say santa doesent excist, i think you're both right and wrong. i know that santa isnt physicly real, that he is a guy living on the north pole etc, but he is a important character for both chidren and grown-ups. he is what many christmas stories and decorations are based of. he gives joy to the children and makes so the parents get to see their kids very excited. so i would say that Santa is real, in traditions and in feelings.
