Also, getting an apostille is quite unnecessary for a notarisation if you do not intend to use it abroad.

Question. From my knowledge in order to do what your saying First you can no longer be a U.S citizen. You'll have to give up birth certificate, social, address, driver license, which are all contracts that bound us?
