The Golden Gun almost seems like a disadvantage though...

Because everybody finds out where you are if they look at the mini-map.

That, and even though its a one hit-kill you only get one shot and then you have to reload, sure its quick but if you're ganged up on then you're screwed.

@ChevinoTH the map thing is to make it fair, if you dont know where the guy is he could very easily camp his ass off with the golden gun. and the golden gun game mode is meant to be fast paced, if you get ganged upon then you're camping or you really suck
