  • @ari3l0n3You will need to make sure that in the programming, go to reporting, from their go to report comm modes. you will need to make sure that for each number the reporting is set to "voice dialer"

  • Hmm... you can just plug the regular (small) phone jack into the RJ-45 jack. No need to do all of this wiring.
