They are the same. TVXQ is the name used internationally, DBSK is used in Korea. The things is fans use whatever name they want, so you will find that some youtube videos use TVXQ or DBSK. Also they are called Tohoshinki in Japan, they sing songs in Japanese too. Anything else you need help with, please feel free to ask =]
