but yeah, its fake, you cant make the lights cycle on and off that fast, nor can you control the circuits of every room in a building from one panel, if the light switch was off in the room, then even turning the electricity on then off wouldnt make the lights flicker.

everyone in the building would have had to have their light switches on >.>
