in a way isaac sorta does talk, but its only 1 line in dead space, at the end when u kill the hive mind and he runs on the spaceship and the door is locked and he punches it, he says in a blurred voice "Come on!" next time u kill the hive mind listen to it, but over all pls learn the story...

Isaac doesnt talk, he is spoke to at the start but doesnt retort, and in the first door situation its a soldier that talks not isaac, iv played through the game in tyhe vacinity of 20+ times. But theres nothing wrong wit the fact thaty he doesnt,its my fav game and has been for a long tome

Fallout is about a dude trying to restore all the green in a world that's become a wasteland after a nuclear bomb struck. For that, he needs to find a "garden of eden creation kit" which is hidden somewhere.

Or it was back in the 90's. After Fallout Tactics, that cripple Fallout thing for the PS2 and Fallout 3 I'm not really sure about the story.

actually, isaac used to be a crew member on the Ishimura. It says it in a text log, and on dead space wiki.
