Where does do all those powerful jolts go into? I think they go into the Towers Electrcity circuit and get absorbed into usable power for the tower

Because the CN Tower is going to use 1 Billion volts of electricity ^_^.
The wires in the tip of the tower go into the ground, to destroy the current.
