Dispatcher talks dad through daughter's birth

I've delivered 4 over the phone. One of them even at Walmart. I told the store clerk "Listen you need to get a whole bunch of dry towels and a shoe string to help tie the cord..."

She replied with... "What? Where the hell do I find that?!" I said "Ma'am, you're at a walmart - im sure you can figure it out"
