Brian is the other guitar player in the band. the Brian who introduced them is a dear friend of mine, Sort of. He's a Backstreet Boy and I'm a fan of his for over 11 years.

that's what monitors or in this case, in ear monitors are for... trust me, I play at church in a pretty big auditorium and monitors make a HUGE difference than just playing/singing without being able to hear yourself...
