  • @cptnvegetable Thank you so much. More to come.

  • How come you don't use garlic and sugar and why do some people use that?

Can u also use both pepper flakes and hot pepper paste or does it have to be either one?

  • @Raymel187 People have different ways of making it. I personally like using only pepper flakes and i don't like sweets so no sugar. but it all depends on your preference.

  • Bring us dalkdoritang, please. Don't you think this dish is underappreciated?

  • Maybe by non koreans. I think Koreans like it. I will put it in the request list. Thanks for your patience!

  • The real trick to Kimchi Chigae is using anchovy powder. Really.

    And nix the tuna.

    -Wil

  • Agree! Tuna for Kimchi Chigae? I grew up with mom using Fish Powder!

  • heh. yeah. That works too.

    -Wil

  • butter? :S

  • the bogul-bogul part was so funny, i love you guys.

  • Thanks love you too!

  • Hi guys,

thanks for the video, and the comedy , you 2 are very pretty too. I'm a big fan of korean stews, because it's fast and ingredients are simple to find. it's the only stew i know that doesn't take hours.

Base on your stew if there's not enough kimchi juice it is possible to add gochujang paste? if not what is the usage for this paste?

    and thanks.

  • I personally don't like using gochujang for this. I prefer chili pepper flakes for this. THere are other stews that tastes good with Gochujang for sure.. hopefully i can cover that in the future. But, it wouldn't hurt if you use it.

  • NICE! Me like it!

  • yay thank you so much and you guys are funny

  • hahaha thank you so much. The ballet? at the end was just steph fooling around hahaha

  • Yes you have fans, me me me me me, over here (waves). Wow, watching this video was like an experience like no other. In the 8 minutes of this video, you guys took me to a cooking show, then a guitar-singing concert, and finally I felt as tho I was sitting in a theater, witnessing a great nutcracker-like ballet performance. How do you girls do that anyway? That takes more than just ordinary talent. You two are just amazing. And yeah, the kimchee stew looked amazingly good too. Cheers!!!
