  • EMBACE YOUR CURVES, BRUH! lol

  • I set my goals to lose weight this year too. I've been overweight my whole life. It does suck. cause people judge you and forget to find out what you're all about. But more than that, i want to lose weight because I want to dance. I want to go and take a dance class and not like pass out from exhaustion afterwards. So yeah. P.S. I never understood the whole men's nipples thing. It's so unfair. Also, why is it ok to wear a bikini-thong to the beach but not underwear down the street?

  • LMAO! ..... My favorite part... "Lets go out on a date... lets go out on .. a.. DATE *takes glasses off* wow.. i look awful" lol. Nice message though Jon. I'm a heavy girl... hearing good looking guys say it's ok, is great to hear. ^ ^

  • This is probably going to be a bit long-winded. Sorry:

I am 18 years old, 5'6" and about 335lbs. I have ALWAYS been larger than most kids my size but around the time I hit puberty (when I was about.... 10 or 11 I think) I "inflated" to over twice what I weighed then. We (my parents and I) tried to find diet/ exercise methods that would work to help me lose the weight but nothing helped. When I turned 13, I was getting checked out by my pediatrician who was also an endocrinologist and he told

  • Aw, so THAT'S how you and Sharelle met. I've always wondered. ^_^

I completely agree with you on the whole sexist thing regarding shirtless-ness. Girls seem to have to work so much harder to be accepted in society. The "perfect" girl is thin, wearing makeup, has great hair, and smooth skin. It's obnoxious. Guys can basically roll out of bed and be what society calls "sexy." Like why do I have to work harder to be beautiful because I'm a girl? :P

IDK. That got a little off topic. Yay car rants!

  • you spelled therapy wrong...

  • i think if men want to exploit themselves they are aloud to but your right to say that there chest should be a sacred as a women and yes i enbrace who i am when i was little i was skinny as a rail and my parents loved it but when i hit puberty and gained alot of weight my parents gave me a choice starve myself and or kill myself well i told my parents to fuck off and here i stand today 20 years old and 200 pound i love me for me and nobody can tell me otherwise

  • In terms of the weight thing, I've personally always been at the right weight. I was blessed with a fast metabolism. But I think people should only lose weight to be healthy. Anyone losing weight because they want to "look pretty" or because they don't look like the Photoshopped supermodels they see on TV is doing it for all the wrong reasons.

  • I asked my dad that when I was really young and he said that it was a man's right to not have to cover up. I completely disagree with him. There are some women who are very flat-chested, could maybe be confused as a man, so why should she have to cover up? I'm not saying anything but if she has nothing to cover why does she have to be? I never understood this.

  • I agree about men's nipples!

My goals? I would like to lose weight, but when I tried recently I was so miserable denying myself food that I loved, that I finally decided to go the "be happy and healthy" route. If I lose weight by making wiser (yet still yummy) food choices, so be it. If I don't...oh well.

  • I will comment even though i probably shouldn't, I've been overweight. I've been underweight. Right now I'm on the low end of average, but my goal is to lose 15 lbs. I know I can do it..i just need to stop being lazy. But losing weight shouldn't be a focus to make you happy. If you aren't happy with yourself, you still won't be happy with a skinnier you.

I love your car rants- please continue.

  • Women like men who are comfortable with themselves! Chub or not! :D I love these rants!

  • There is literally no Starbucks within 20 miles of my town, and you see one on every block! Also, I love your car rants. My goal/new year resolution is to keep at a healthy weight. Why should I look like a twig when I'm happy as I am? :)

  • First of all, this is awesome, continue :), though still not that satisfied with you driving while talking and filming;)

and with the men's private parts I have to say this: I think it is totally unfair that men can just take their shirt off when ever they feel like, when it's hot a woman can't just take off her shirt and bra and walk half naked down the street, but a man can, keep it on and suffer like us :)

  • @dipsyhappy On the other hand, women go full monty in movies all the time, but men don't, I also think that is unfair and sexist, not that I want to see a lot of full frontal men, but it would make the naked body more common and natural if it was more equal :)

  • My goal? Just to try and work hard every day and make myself into a better person. Yeah. :)

  • I agree with you and honestly until this video I have never given it much thought but I can see where you are coming from and why you think that it should be private. Loved the car rant!!

  • why must you be so hilarious.

  • This is even weirder than the first car rant. Me Gusta. (I think "weird" is one of the best compliments you can give to someone :D)

But you know, Jon, not everyone is overweight because they're stuffing their mouths too much. I am sick, and because I am sick, I am overweight, and loosing weightis just that much harder - I have to take additional, costly meds and hormones that push me into violent mood swings. NOT FUN. And the truth is, no matter how good I feel in my body, and I do... (tbc)

  • @AmeliaAdler (cont)...people will always judge you based on your appearance. That's sad, but it's also very human. It can seriously get you down, or interfere with your life, even if you don't need to look good for the camera. Being overweight is also dangerous for your health. So as much as I love the message you're trying to send - embrace yourself, embrace your awesomeness - and I agree with this, I have to say, it's also important to make ppl realise they should take care of themselves.

  • @AmeliaAdler (cont) I don't mean to starve themselves, but at least eat more healthy, that's what I'm trying to say. ;)

So I'm sick and overweight, but my goal is to be thinner to feel better in the society ;) Bought an elliptical lately, so there's that XD

  • "I'm ADD...what's with all the starbucks?" lol Jon, I love you so much. You're awesome. This video does show that you're ADD, but it's soooo like me.

Also, I love that you've told people to embrace who and what they are. You met me, you know me, you know that I'm nowhere near skinny, but I'm happy and I agree that more people need to accept who they are, and love who they are.

Love you Jon, talk to you soon!
