i am tutor vista student for long time and i say indian education system is lot better than north american..

Maybe for the individual,but I would have slightly lower education standards and have 99% literacy across the society.Imagine if every single American couldn't even read a street sign-this is precisely the current state of literacy in India(ie almost 300 million illiterate).Another thing is that even some of the educated Indian people just know how to do "rutta" (blind memorization)-it is difficult for them to think out of the box. So some Indian students are better...but the system??not so much

Online tutoring is definitely much more relevant for students in this day and age. For many different reasons I definitely suggest looking into online tutoring

well i've been with tutorvista for 5 months, i would say it really does help with your academics but one of the cons is that some of the tutors have very thick accents, you can usually find one you can understand, though recently i've noticed tutors have been unavailable, my big sister uses growingstars another distance tutoring program and they guarantee that you get the same tutor everytime (though it does cost more at $15 per hour)
