  • u can cook and eat this but i know u could not eat this ............lol

  • Thai food is by far the best tasting food!

  • thanks ladies!

  • Just made this with king prawns. Quite honestly the best meal I have ever cooked. Absolutely amazing. I can still taste it now!

  • thai curry has a pungent smell...very strong right?... i've tried japanese curry which is very good.

  • As usual ladies you are great; you both come up with one good recipe after another. I am sure going to try it, thanks for your wonderful recipes.

  • looks yummy! i will advise that you need fry the curry a little bit longer and more thoroughly where it'll be almost like...thinly dissolved curry? (not chunks) Red curry gets it bright red color from frying it in more oil. (sounds bad, but its true) The oil will burn the red chilies in the curry creating more of a red oily look. Reason why yours wasn't as bright red is also because you over powered it with coconut milk which toned the curry out. I appreciate this video though! :)

  • I have a big crush on Hetal....And I'm 21 lol

  • Thanks so much for the vid. I cooked it the other day, and it came out really good! Gonna make it today again! :D

  • do we need to fry tofu beforehand?

  • MY family is from Thailand and i'm sorry but this is NOT how you cook red curry

  • @hopefulone311 lol ok? My family is from Thailand and this is how they cook red curry... Now what? Obviously there are many ways to cook food in general.

  • Thai red curry receipe DON'T USE SOY SAUCE!!! You can look it up in any cookbook. You can't substitute SOY SAUCE for FISH SAUCE! The TASTE is different!! Very Different. But instead you CAN substitute FISH SAUCE for SALT!!!!! Don't know how they say you can use SOY SAUCE instead of FISH SAUCE!

  • @bebechi7 - they are vegetarian, that's why they don't use fish sauce.

  • is there any indian name/alternative for bamboo shoot and basil???

  • @manjotsabharwal

Bamboo shoot is called "bans" and basil is called tulsi though it is holy basil, not Thai basil.

  • @ShowMeTheCurry basil have 30 variety thai basil mean to say sweet basil

  • Thanks Hetal and Anjua you guys have shown it in detail. i have liked and prepared it..

  • you make it look so easy, let's see if mine turns out as good :)

  • Wouldnt searing the chicken breast pieces be a net gain in taste?

Looks super tasty though, good work =)

  • Truly love your shows!

  • well done ladies....love the show!!

  • This looks amazing! Thank you for posting this! I may try this one day soon! One suggestion, for cooking tofu, I find the best way to use it, is to freeze it, and then thaw it out, squeeze out the water, cut it up into relatively thin slices. Cook it dry in a pan, and squeeze out as much water, and then use it. After all that the tofu is primed to absorb the flavours of the dish! You can google it to see a more detailed version online somewhere, it is where I got it.

  • @kuryamtl

Thanks for the suggestion about the tofu. We will surely try it out.

  • OMG it looks sooo delicious! I have to try it!!!! Thanks Anuja and Hetal for the recipe!!

  • ahhhh...the presentation in the coconut shell was a wonderful idea. We have a lot of coconut shells lying around (we are in Kerala) and we were just wondering what to do with it........so, we decided to make so serving bowls just like the one u used. and thank you so much for this Thai series. U know it is more similar to the coastal cuisine of kerala and so, much easy to adapt to our cooking styles....

Thanks ladies and keep up the good work...

  • thanks XD <3<3

  • 1st and im gonna try it
