Theoretically, if you find an animal that was clean and one that was unclean (biblically speaking) you should be able to establish to a creationist's satisfaction that they are different kinds. So if you track the common ancestor of pigs and sheep convincingly, then they will be forced to move to plan B. Deny the evidence. Actually that's plan A for them as well.

I thought the whole purpose to Creationists accepting "micro" evolution was the impossibility of every existing species being on the ark? They needed to reduce the numbers of original organisms by accepting the possibility of "parent kinds". But by rigidly defining "kinds" as having reproductive compatibility, they're still dealing with the vast majority of all organisms which still wouldn't fit on the ark. Science nails their feet to the floor once again.
