The introduction to Final Fantasy is one of the best game introductions I have ever seen in my life. Seriously if anybody reading this has not played FFI then you absolutely must. It is an INSANELY fantastic game. Go get a PSOne emulator and play the Origins version. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

@smithster4eva I think 7 was the point of no return for the Final Fantasy games, but it's funny, there seems to 4 main opinions that I've seen, people think either 7, 10 or 12 killed it, and the other is that Final Fantasy games are still good. Isn't it ironic though, how a game called "Final Fantasy" could ever have a number after it.

@Trilby425 Maybe wasn't much better, but didn't have had the sad story of bankrupcy behind it and giving a final "goodbye game" to the fans. Combined with the unbelievable impact of emotions that Uematsus music invoked, the "collect item A and use it at place B"-Key system transferred into a video game so you had Zelda like Riddles and some nice easter eggs like elven gravestone "Here lies Link" explain it I guess
