this is the way taekwon-do patterns were performed very early in their development.
later came the innovation of raising and dropping the hip to add more power,
then around the 1980's general choi tried to develop on that idea and invented sine wave. though if you look very closely the last 2 methods are very similar if not the same but with different names.
there is no sine wava at all...maybe is mixed from WTF...the shirt he's wearing resembles like Karate...

i think it's the old style TKD, before general choi started research on knee spring and sine wave. looks very karate-like.
