What happened to all the good female artists? If the eighties had one really good trait, is was good female rock artists. Benatar, Bonnie Tyler, Joan Jett, Heart, just to name a few. These days, aside from Hayley Williams of Paramore, I can't think of any really good female rock artists out there.

The Foo Fighters covers of Darling Nicki and Baker Street are both really good. Or, for example, Whitney Houston's I Will Always Love You is actually a cover, Dolly Parton wrote and performed it originally but Houston made it freakish.

This song brings me back to my youth in the 80s when everything was about picking up chicks and "scoring" for the night. The days of leg warmers, acid-wash jeans, mullet haircuts etc etc ..... unlike today's generation of "IPOD YOUTH" who dont even know what it is like to touch another human let alone TALK to one !
