If overweight can lead to heart diseases, etc. So getting a proper diet avoiding junk food and overly processed food with added sugar, etc can help you lose weight. i'm native american apache/navajo i think all people are beautifull but i like bllack girls with dread locks it's so awesome how their hair dreads naturally, anyway all races have their beauty but it really is what is in your heart and soul that is attractive.

Im a white male with dark hair and brown eyes while i was kid i wanted to be like my sister with light blond hair and blue eyes,because that is what society used to show as what beautiful is,thanks good time pass by and my confidence grew as the society too,lack of confidence is not attractive e push people away doesnt matter your skin colour,you should love yourself first,black is beautiful like any other race can be, but really starts from inside!

i remember going to school and not being able to fit it. i'm mixed too, and to be honest you never really fit it depending on where u go to school. but i dealt with it and got over it cause it made me stronger as a person. i'm not here for anyone else but me. so that's all you can really go with. don't live your life by what others feel about you. just prove them wrong and do you

hi,this is my nephew's account,but he let me make this comment.I do agree,that it has to be where your at(go school,grew up etc.)Because i'm 43,and this was never an issue.We had light & dark even a few white people in the group.Skin color never came up,nor your parents ethnicity,if you were part of the group that's all that matter.A true friend doesn't care what your background is.My family color is all over the place,no one has ever said they felt like they didn't belong.

I'm white (male). I do serious photography as a hobby. 100% of my models are African American women. I appreciate their beauty, and am good at using proper lighting to bring it out, like the sparkle of deep brown onyx eyes. Black women have the most beautiful eyes of any humans.
