@XLB1987 once information is looked at it is no longer classified. He was on the phone contacting his superiors and they was contacting the Houston police by the time the information was verified that he was indeed a CIA agent, he was shot by patrol officers.
The CIA guy's superiors told him to exit the vehicle and walk to the police and let them know they cannot look inside his vehicle and for the patrol officers to contact their superiors at HQ. He tried that and was shot.

@XLB1987 once information is looked at it is no longer classified. He was on the phone contacting his superiors and they was contacting the Houston police by the time the information was verified that he was indeed a CIA agent, he was shot by patrol officers.
The CIA guy's superiors told him to exit the vehicle and walk to the police and let them know they cannot look inside his vehicle and for the patrol officers to contact their superiors at HQ. He tried that and was shot.
