This isnt X-3 This is the Final fantasy X beta. The one where Tidus had black hair and not blonde. You see all the physics here, but they decided to trash it for production time.

just to clarify some of these points, there was a project announced by SE about a possible final fantasy x-3 due to the popularity of the series, (source here ukdot ps2 dot ign.com/articles/389/389967p1.­html) since the article was made in 2003 i presume that there was no progress made with the title, but it has been confirmed that there will be a HD remake of FF X
