That could be missingno because 1 it is a glitch PRODUCED by hacking2 it is pokedex#000 witch is described as "missing number" because that number does not exsist in the game.3It has a unreal name witch can't be described as ? or ?????????? and because Pokemon co could have made that as a punishing glitch and it was SUPPOSED to be bulbasaur but this one has a cry of a slowpoke but if found in the wild have bulbasaur stats.Whats wierd is that this missingno also has a shiny form.

That is not missingno. That happened because you don't have the POKEMON menu and you don't have a single pokemon, so its substituted with a missingno sprite but it really doesn't have anything (STATS, hp..) everything is 0, it is just to show up something and that's why you can't use it to battle with... LOL
